Have you noticed that more and more companies are becoming nameless and faceless? It makes us sad. The absolute explosion of blogs seems to us like there is a raving desire to contribute and make a difference. People matter, relationships matter – and so, while you can read about 4 of us here, there are many more that you don’t see who are gifted, talented, and passionate in their own specialty. We turn to them as needed, and readily connect you directly.

My sweet spot, where I shine!
I can see and work beyond boundaries. I am fascinated by how we all construct systems, expectations and
rules to give meaning and structure to our work and our lives, and then get stuck in them. I am gifted in
seeing how the part relates to the whole, and the whole relates to the part – which leads me to create new
solutions and different possibilities to business challenges. Every problem we face in business, and in life,
is the result of finding or feeling the limitations in existing systems that do not allow for the full expression
of opportunities. I truly enjoy bringing insight, clarity and focus to business challenges – being the guide
through the forest when the path is unclear.
How I’m stretching myself right now:
Learning how immerse myself and enjoy child-like play, with my two-year old.
Building my practice as a speaker and thought-leader. Jumping in to social media with both feet.
Something personal:
Most people never guess I’m an introvert, who loves time at home with my two sons,
daughter and sweetheart. Making food for others is therapy for me. And it wasn’t long ago that
I never would have believed it possible, but I’ve learned to meditate – and love it.

My sweet spot, where I shine!
My love is the art and craft of design. Beyond my creative,
I’m timely, organized, and not afraid to take on many hats. And there’s
nothing more compelling to me than a design challenge.
How I’m stretching myself right now:
More intricate web design, since I came from mostly a print based program.
Learning to develop more than just simple html sites.
Something personal:
I have a passion for many areas of fine arts, especially dance. I love to take classes
and just watch any form or style. Painting and music are also great interests. I love trying new
things - my next big adventure is to try snowboarding.

My sweet spot, where I shine!
I care about the people around me and try really hard to make them comfortable.
Whether it is with business clients or in social environments, I feel I have something
of value to offer. In business, it is excellent customer service skills and the ability
to put clients at ease. In a social setting, it’s the chance to meet someone new and delve
into what they're all about or to connect with good friends and listen to what is important
in their lives. Maybe it is just the ability to communicate ... and listen.
How I'm stretching myself right now:
Since I have a tendency to be a tad controlling, I’m working really hard on learning to
delegate, on giving others the tools to do what they need to do without me looking over
their shoulder, and to quit micro-managing. It's just that I'm such a perfectionist it
makes it hard to give up control, but I'm finally beginning to understand that there is
generally more than one way to get to the desired end result.
Something personal:
I have an amazing husband and two beautiful grandsons who are the light of my life.
And, I like to think that I am a good friend, that I am concerned for the well-being of
others, that I am there when friends or family need me and that I am the caretaker of the group,
whichever group I happen to be with at the time.
